Cross-country skiing in the is still in the early stages of winter sporting activities, but is becoming more and more well-known as time goes on. Nevertheless, the country offers best-prepared trails for beginners and pros alike, of which are as diverse as the landscapes themselves. Over 32 km of cross-country trails around the ski resort of Breckenridge, some 25 km of trails through the resort of Copper Mountain and a total of 35 km of trails around Vail/Beaver Creek offer plenty of room to dive in to and allow you to take in the breathtaking landscapes of the various national parks. In addition to the landscape, a day of cross-country should also include diverse night life opportunities, of which at least one should definitely be checked out during your winter holiday.
