Austria is a skiing holiday out off of a picture postcard. Its remarkable levels of service and quality offer a world class skiing. There are options for all levels of skiing. The winter sports paradise of Austria is worth the money.
Carinthia:
Carinthia has sun-spoilt, fantasticly prepared pistes and offers also fabulous excursions off the slopes. More than 200 lakes make this region to the perfect place for winter hikes, cross-country tours and ice skating. There are many very well-known ski areas such as Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Mölltaler Glacier and Heiligenblut. Fun for everyone!
Salzburger Land:
And as if that wasn’t enough, there is the Salzburg Sports World. The Europe Sports Region, provides wonderful resorts, like Zell am See and Kaprun, and the Kitzsteinhorn on 3000 m high. It has its own glacier.
Tyrol:
Between Arlberg and the Kitzbüheler Alps lies the Tyrol, that is also known as the “heart of the Alps”. There are the well-liked Kitzbühel, and the ski resorts Lech, Zürs and St. Anton.
